R&D Gameloft VR Project (Feb 2025 - May 2025)

  • Assisted producers in Game Pitch creation for VR projects, contributing to initial concepts and presentations.

  • Developed comprehensive Game Design Documents (GDDs) for VR Tech Demos, including Core Loop, all Mechanics, Gameplay, Narrative Redline, and Feature Matching Meta Quest Requirements.

  • Defined Achievements and the First Time User Experience (FTUE) within the VR Tech Demo.

  • Conducted in-depth Market Research on the Meta platform to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Collaborated with other Game Designers, discussing Game Pillars and Pitch Mechanics.


Amazon Kids Games Porting (July 2024 - Jan 2025)

  • Conducted Game Research & Development (R&D), including game sorting, balancing, and conversion to premium models.

  • Significantly contributed to the Quality of Life (QoL) improvement of all managed games.

  • Assisted producers in the selection and management of 5 key titles:

    • Cranky Bamboo

    • Disney Princess Majestic Quest

    • Disney Getaway Blast

    • Cosmo Bounce

    • Football Cup Superstar.

  • Ensured game localization met platform requirements.

  • Performed listing and customization of marketing assets to fulfill platform needs.

  • Collaborated with art teams for in-game Quality of Life (QoL) enhancements.


R&D Gameloft Game Title (Jan 2024 - May 2024)

  • Led game pitch submission, designing features aimed at increasing user engagement, revenue, and retention based on KPI analysis.

  • Collaborated with artists and Game Producers to create compelling presentations for stakeholders.

  • Assisted in timeline and budget planning with the Game Producers team.

  • Developed detailed Game Design Documents (GDD) and mockups for proposed features.

  • Created a monetization strategy to enhance in-game purchases and revenue potential.


Disney Getaway Blast [Apple Arcade] (Oct 2022 - Dec 2023)
 

  • Executed Live Ops strategies to optimize player experience and increase engagement for Apple Arcade's Disney Getaway Blast.

  • Launched the game on schedule, achieving 20,000 downloads globally within the first week.

  • Maintained a high user rating of 4.8 on Apple Arcade during the first month post-launch.

  • Planned and executed time-limited events to drive user retention and engagement.

  • Organized detailed Game Design Documents for each update, ensuring clear communication with the development team.

Selasar Game Design (SGD) is a community for gathering and learning about game design in Indonesia. Students can progress from junior to senior level in the field of game creation.

Game Design (GD) is one of the areas of game creation that focuses on the mechanics, systems, and rules that exist in the game. The term "Design" in game design refers to design in the context of gameplay, not design in the context of art. Other fields that focus on game production are known as game art.
